What did you accomplish? It might have been a small acheivement – or
something massive, but I hope you have done something memorable with your day

If you don’t think that you did well, then don’t stress – chances are you have accomplished more than you think. Something that I find useful is to keep a notepad file and each day just jot down what I have acheived for that day. It’s really helpful to keep you on track – and keep your spirits up if you get frustrated (yeah.. we all have times like that!)
